Greetings! I am married to my ideal hero! He is tall, dark and handsome. He respects himself and who I am. We have been married for 22 years and dated long distance for 3 years before that! Our sons are 20 and 17 years old. Not only is he a great husband/friend of mine, but he is a great dad. Thanks for letting me sign your guestbook. Cindi
My fave hero would be tall, dark and handsome like Pierce Brosnan. He would have to be brave like Bruce Willis and super intelligent like my husband Great contest!
My ideal romantic hero would be tall, slim, but still have some muscles. He would have dark hair and dark eyes that look black. A great sexy voice. He would be a cop or police detective.
Hello Ava! My first time here as well. My ideal man is tall, muscular and very good-looking. He’s the kindest and most gentle man but he is strong, creative and can fix almost anything. He does my errands, drives me to appointments and does all of the cleaning. One more thing: I’ve been married to him for 25 years! I’m disabled and he takes such good care of me. I couldn’t ask for a more ideal mate to share my life.
I see someone already mentioned him, but I have to say my ideal “hero” could be totally summed up with the character Mick St. John from the (sadly discontinued) tv show Moonlight. Alex O’Loughlin is just dreamy, sexy, gorgeous, smart, rough, and everything you want in a heartthrob hero. *Droooooooool*
My ideal hero is tall (at least 6′), shoulder length dark brown or black hair with baby smooth skin. He’s young (18-25) and he is quick and agile. He’s an outdoorsy guy, perhaps even living outdoors in a home he built himself out of natural items. He wears pants but no top. Mmmm….
My hero is compassionate, sincere, kind and considerate. He is determined, strong minded and a great individual to all. He is dark, has a winning smile and is good natured with a deightful sense of humor.
Well my ideal hero would be a guy who sits tall in the saddle, with midnight black hair, Paul Newman blue eyes, the grin of a Mel Gibson, the strong voice of a Sean Connery, and be as suave as James Bond. My heroes have always been cowboys.
Right now, my favorite hero is Alex O’Loughlin who starred as Mick St. John, the vampire P.I. in the CBS TV series ‘Moonlight’. Anyone who is described as ‘tall, dark and immortal’ does it for me. Then when he says: ‘Perpetual coolness is the vampires curse’…well, ’nuff said…it’s hot, hot, hot!
Well, he would have the dark looks similar to Adrian Paul from the Highlander series, a sexy accent, old world charm, alpha with a soft center…maybe gets furry upon occassion…
I’m a sucker for dark hair and green eyes also.
I think he would be a fantastic lover but only interested in me as a lover
He would be kinda quiet but he would let me know his thoughts
He would have a sense of humor and he have some brains in his head that he would use
Good Evening Ava,
My Perfect Dream Man would be tall as I am 5′10″ Jet black hair, Peircing jade green eyes, a killer smile with a slight dimple. He would be caring, charming, Hotter then August in July..lol Mussles not to many though. He would love going for secluded picnics and enjoy spending our nights in.
Hey Ava,
My ideal guy would be about average height(as I’m not tall), he’d be dark, wide broad shoulders, not muscular but well toned muscles. A flat stomach definitely, with strong hard thighs and great legs. He’d have dark curly hair, deep dark eyes, full lips made for kissing and high cheekbones. he’d have to be strong, mentally, able to support and understand me and not be a cynic. he’d have a wicked sense of humour and a great sense of fun. He won’t be perfect, but he’d be perfect for me!
My favorite romance hero is good looking, intelligent and confident. Someone who is protective and caring. He has dark eyes, and long, thick hair. He can make you shiver with just a look or a smile. He speaks in a low raspy voice. He is muscular, has big arms and shoulders, nicely shaped muscular legs and a nice firm butt. Someone who is rough around the edges, slightly shady and very sensual.
My ideal hero would be a dark haired alpha, who has a great body. And he would have to work with his hands in some way. Don’t really likes that guys that were suits.
MY FIRST TIME HERE—SHAME ON ME! MY IDEAL HERO IS MY DH OF 35 YEARS WHO PUTS UP WITH MY SASS, DOES EVERTHING AROUND THE HOUSE SINCE I AM WHEELCHAIR BOUND AND SEMI-PARALYZED, AND KEEPS ME OUT OF A NURSING HOME
My ideal hero is a dark haired alpha male with blue eyes and a ripped body. Love if he spoke with an Irish accent. He would be sensitive to woman but not put up with any man’s nonsense.
My ideal hero would have to look like my husband since I adore him and already consider him my biggest hero. My hero has to have dark hair and light brown eyes with a nice build. He has to have integrity and be protective of those he loves.
Greetings to beautiful Ireland! You’ve got a very nice website. My ideal hero is dark and sexy. He’s strong, both physically and mentally, but isn’t afraid to show his emotions. And he’s got a little bit of melancholy over him, a hidden secret or something. Happiness, but something sad beyond. As I said, he’s dark, dark hair, but can have either dark eyes or blue.
I love a hero who has dark hair and nice eyes, I tend to like green.
I like to be an alpha but not over bearing.
He has to be smart and a little bit of a bad boy and he wants only me
My favorite romance hero looks remarkably like Roarke from the JD Webb series. Sexy, smart, long dark hair, blue eyes, a bit of an Irish brogue, and he’s richer than God to boot!
Right now, I am all about Jason Statham. I can see him as an amazing romantic hero. Love that accent, that body and that bald head. I feel all tingly just thinking about him. LOL
My ideal hero is 6′2″,200lbs of hard abs, ect. Dark hair and eyes, dark tan. He has to be smart as well as strong and brave. He has to know whats right and do it. Also he has to be hot for me.LOL

I’m not that picky about what my ideal romantic hero looks like, except I’d like him to have long hair and strong shoulders. I’d like him to have a good sense of humor, be a bit of a rebel, be intelligent and have a strong sense of honor.
Beautiful site! Now, you wanted to know about my ideal romantic hero… Tall, lean, broad shouldered, long dark hair, black leather jacket, faded worn 501’s. Musician, vampire… oh, yeah.
First time visitor and enjoyed reading the site.
My ideal hero would have the voice of Sean Connery, the looks of a young Pierce Brosnan, the patriotism and morals of John Wayne and the adventurous spirit of Captain Jack Sparrow.

October 27th, 2008 at 9:43 pm
Tall, dark and dangerous!!!!
October 27th, 2008 at 9:11 pm
I like to have someone that know how to laugh with his eyes. He doesn’t need to be tall dark or hansome (well maybe hansome).
It should be able to give and be given to.
October 27th, 2008 at 12:53 am
I have always been partial to tall dark heroes. I like them to be slightly flawed…perfection is very boring
October 24th, 2008 at 8:30 am
My hero would be a super spy! Full of wit, and devilishly handsome!
